Good things to know

What kinds of businesses can Callio call?

Local businesses you'd reach by phone where a real person answers — restaurants, salons, repair shops, and local stores. Callio is built for everyday calls like reservations, availability checks, hours, and prices. It's not designed for chain customer-service hotlines, government lines, or deep phone-menu systems.

Does the business know it's an AI?

Callio's assistant never pretends to be a person. It identifies itself as an AI whenever it's asked, and says so up front on any call where it's booking or requesting something on your behalf.

Will my phone number be shared?

No. Callio calls from a dedicated line, so the business never sees your personal number — unless you specifically choose to share it for something like a reservation.

What languages does it support?

The app and your summaries are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Calls themselves are placed in English: the summary and key details come back in your chosen language, and you also get the full transcript of the call.

What if the call doesn't go as planned?

You'll see exactly what happened in the transcript. Calls that don't reach your goal — a no-answer or a task that needs your input — don't count toward your free calls.

Where does Callio work?

Callio calls businesses in the United States. The app is available on iOS today, with Android coming soon.

What counts as a call?

Only successful calls — where Callio reaches your goal or completes the task — count toward your free calls. No-answers and calls that need your input don't.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Premium is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime from your app store account. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your first calls are free with no payment details required.
